Instructions for Searching a Case in the Public Portal:

Please Note: Information concerning confidential cases and/or documents are not available through the Public Portal.

• To access case information using the Public Portal, click “Case Search” on the menu bar.

• The easiest way to search for a case, is by using the Case Number.

• If the Case Number is not available, then you may search by using “Last Name”, “First Name” or “Company Name”.

• Once you have entered your search criteria, click “Search”. Please note that only 200 search results can be produced per search. If more than 200 cases exist, you will need to narrow down your search.

• Click on the blue Case Number to open the case.

• Click on the tabs under the case number to look at the information contained in each tab.
